Free shipping within South Africa.
For international shipping outside South Africa, freight charges apply. Please contact us at Mooyu11@outlook.com to confirm the shipping cost and make payment accordingly
Most orders are shipped by The Courier Guy.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Receiving time = Processing time +Shipping time

Small Package(Faucets, showerheads, etc.)

  • Order processing time: 1-3 working days
  • Shipping time: 3-5 working days

Big packaging (bathroom cabinets, showerheads, etc.)

  • Order processing time: 1-3 working days
  • Shipping time: 7-14 working days

Pre-sale Products

  • Expect it in : 4-6 weeks

Note:

  • If you purchase an item that is in stock, your order will usually be shipped the next business day, but please understand that there may be instances where it may take longer.
  • Our items are already in our South Africa warehouse and can generally be shipped within 48 hours on business days.
  • When force majeure is encountered, processing of orders will be delayed.
  • Please know that all estimated times are based on business days.
  • If a small package is added with a signature service and then returned due to no one to sign for it, the customer will need to bear the shipping costs.

Orders Tracking

You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:

  • Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.
  • Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier’s information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.

Expedited Shipping

If you need to expedite the logistics, please contact us at Mooyu11@outlook.com. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge and is non-refundable on returns.Expedited logistics can only be guaranteed to be faster than the logistics normally used, and no specific timeframe can be determined.

Reminders

  • When placing an order, please review your personal information (i.e. shipping address, phone number, email) carefully to avoid any issues or delays in getting your order. Thank you!
  • We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if the product didn’t meet your expectation or placed the wrong order after the order has been shipped out.
  • If you propose to modify the address after delivery, you need to pay the additional service fee.
  • Delivery might take longer during holidays or weekends.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please contact us immediately at Mooyu11@outlook.com. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

The delivered status is displayed in your logistics information. If you can’t find the item. You need to contact the shipping company as soon as possible. In the case of confirming that the item is lost. File a claim with the shipping company immediately. Then contact us at Mooyu11@outlook.com. After you provide the evidence, we will arrange the re-shipment for you immediately.

Product Warranty Policy

All products are warranted to the original owner to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects from the date of the original purchase. If a defect is found, we will provide a replacement part or product, or make the appropriate adjustment.

Our products are usually warranted for 15-20 years, with different times for different types of products.

Normal wear and tear caused by daily use is not covered by the warranty. For example, materials such as copper, bronze, nickel, teak, and bamboo that have not been coated or treated with protective coatings will naturally change in appearance over time and normal use.
(Customer does not want) Within 30 days of receiving the goods, if they are not installed or packaged properly, they can be returned without reason, and the customer will bear the return shipping cost
(Damaged/Misshipped upon arrival) Contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the goods, and the merchant will bear the round-trip shipping cost. Replacement or full refund is required
